You are a fish.

Your goal is to escape from those certain specific farmers.

Gameplay

The left bar is your stamina bar, and the right bar is the fisher's gauge.

The fisher gauge is increased when you are in the yellow range and decreased vice versa. 

If the fisher's gauge runs out, you win the level.

If the fisher's gauge is full, you lose the level.

Controls

Press Z to "Dash", hold to "Sprint". However, it will consume your stamina.

Press Space to "Rise", release to "Fall"

That's it.
